  • By The Hour

    Come in and enjoy the space.

    Minimum 3 hours with a maximum of 6 hours 

    3 hours @ $375

    $125 for every hour after the first 3 hours 

    Maximum of 49 people (including 1 or 2 staff members)

    RENTAL INCLUDES:
    All tables and chairs in cafe and on patio, use of bathrooms and AC/Heater.

  • With a Brew Bar

    A self serve coffee bar your guests will surely love.

    The brew bar comes with:

    Growlers of flashbrew or 1 gallon hot pots

    Cups, lids, straws 

    2 syrups of your choice 

    2 milk options

    Growlers of flashbrew are $18 each and serve approximately 8 servings each.

    1 gallon hot pots are $24 and serve approximately 16 servings each.

  • With a Barista

    Enjoy espresso, lattes and more.

    Adding this option gives access to full Bar + Cart Menus OR custom “limited menu” of your choosing. 

    $25 per hour, per barista*  + running tab of drinks.

    *25 guests or below only one barista is required, 26 guests and above, 2 baristas are required.

Renters will be required to have single day insurance coverage, which can be obtained through Refuge’s insurance carrier or through renter’s own agent of choice. 

Renters will also be required to sign a contract which lists all details, costs and expectations of use.
